Your Duty In Relation To COVID 19

You need to provide a workplace which is safe and without risk to health as far as reasonably practicable and control risks associated with the operation of your business or undertaking. This includes the risk of COVID-19 impacting workers and also workers spreading the virus to others including customers, clients or family. You must eliminate or minimise any risk of exposure to COVID-19 to protect your workforce and others by putting in place appropriate control measures in accordance with the legislated hierarchy of controls.
