The Birth of JTA

JTA was established in 1988 under the name of Jeremy Trotman and Associates when Jeremy left the Australian Chamber of Manufacturers (ACM) to commence private practice. The business grew organically and through targeted acquisitions to become JTA Health, Safety & Noise Specialists in 2013. We are proud to be one of Australia’s leading independent workplace consultancies providing pragmatic safety and compliance advice.

Our philosophy and approach to business has remained the same since 1988.  We pride ourselves on our ability to understand a client’s needs and provide customised advice. We develop ongoing, lasting relationships with our clients and assist them to comply with WHS/OHS legislation and regulations nationally. Working as partners, we find solutions to problems in consultation with one another.  We aim to exceed your expectations.

Recognising the importance of continuous improvement and innovation, we have a strong commitment to quality as shown by our ISO accreditation, membership of key industry bodies such as the Australian Institute of Occupational Hygienists and our own NATA accredited laboratory.

Our diverse client base operates across the industrial, environmental, government and commercial sectors including energy generation, construction, transportation, retail, manufacturing, mining, councils and infrastructure.
